The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on April 29th that it will operate the 30th Global Internship for foreign students attending universities in Seoul.
이 프로그램을 통해서 외국인 유학생들이 국내 기업이나 공공기관에서 인턴으로 참가하면서 한국사회에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 유학생들의 경력과 취업발전에 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고자 준비했다.
Through this program, foreign students participate as interns at domestic companies or public institutions to improve their understanding of Korean society and help international students develop their careers and jobs.
인턴 기간은 2022년 7월 4일(월)부터 8월 19일(금)까지 운영할 예정이다. 공공부문 및 민간부문으로 총 유학생 14명을 모집할 예정이다.
The internship period will run from July 4th (Mon) to August 19th (Fri), 2022. A total of 14 international students will be recruited from the public and private sectors.
유학비자(D-2)를 갖고 있는 서울 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 외국인 가운데 4학기 이상을 이수했다면 지원할 수 있다. 석·박사 과정의 경우 2학기 이상을 이수하면 된다.

또 시간제 취업 허가제 발급에 결격 사유가 없고, 국내 체류 기간이 8월 21일까지 유효해야 한다.

컴퓨터활용능력이나 어학 능력 등 관련 자격증 소지자는 우대한다.

참여 희망자는 5월 9일까지 재학증명서와 한국어능력시험 점수 증빙 서류 등을 온라인으로 보내면 된다.
Those who wish to participate can send a certificate of enrollment and documents proving the score of the Korean Language Proficiency Test online by May 9th.
최종 합격자는 7월부터 약 7주간 서울시 공공기관이나 관내 정보기술(IT)·마케팅 기업 등에서 인턴으로 근무하게 된다.
The final successful candidates will work as interns at public institutions in Seoul or IT and marketing companies for about 7 weeks from July.
